Job Summary
To support individuals recovering from workplace injuries, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement effective treatment plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and assess treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals, ensuring appropriate healthcare services are provided
- Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to facilitate early return-to-work modifications
- Independently prioritize and manage a caseload, preparing status updates and assisting in training new staff as needed
Required qualifications
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
- Reliable internet access for remote work
