Job Summary

To support a growing practice focused on older adults, the part-time or full-time Minnesota Licensed Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy in a fully remote setting, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive care team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment
• Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools

Required qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Minnesota
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
