Job Summary

To support a growing virtual clinic, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Therapist will provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy, including family-based treatment (FBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), for patients with eating disorders
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients, ensuring quality documentation and ongoing assessment of needs
• Engage in team meetings and training sessions, collaborating with physicians, dietitians, and patient mentors

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in Minnesota
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload of patients with varying degrees of acuity
• Commitment to providing care during evenings, specifically until 8pm two nights a week
• Strong passion for evidence-based care and mental health treatment
• Experience in virtual therapy settings is preferred but not required
