Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trauma Registrar.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain accurate data for injured patients admitted to designated trauma centers
• Collaborate with various disciplines to ensure complete case findings
• Assist with epidemiology research for the Minnesota Trauma Registry

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's degree in Health Information Management or related field
• Completion of AAAM Training within 1 year
• ICD10 course completion and refresher course within 5 years
• American Trauma Society Trauma Registry Course within 1 year
• 2 years of experience with trauma or specialized medical registry preferred
