Job Summary

Leading the remote RN Triage team, the full-time salaried Minnesota Licensed Triage Nurse Manager will provide operational oversight, quality assurance, and employee development while ensuring patient-centered triage and follow-up services across Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the remote RN Triage team in daily operations and patient care delivery
• Manage staffing schedules and oversee triage workflows to ensure quality patient care and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement quality assurance initiatives and maintain compliance with clinical standards

Required qualifications

• Current RN licensure for the state of Minnesota
• Minimum of four years' experience as a registered nurse
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting
• Experience in remote triage or family planning clinic settings
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
