Job Summary

Leading the remote RN Triage team, the full-time salaried Minnesota Licensed Triage Nurse Manager will oversee quality assurance, staff development, and operational processes to ensure patient-centered triage services across Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the remote RN Triage team in daily operations and patient care delivery
• Manage staffing schedules and operational processes to ensure adequate coverage and workflow efficiency
• Oversee clinical triage workflows, ensuring safe and compliant patient care delivery while providing direct triage support as needed

Required qualifications

• Current RN licensure for the state of Minnesota
• Minimum of four years' experience as a registered nurse
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical or patient contact setting
• Minimum of two years' experience in remote triage or three years in a Family Planning clinic setting
• Experience working with high-risk or underserved populations
