Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temp Trial Attorney - Insurance (Remote, but in MN).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire legal process, including investigation, discovery, trial preparation, and court proceedings
- Research applicable laws to develop legal strategies and communicate them with claims representatives and clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with claims representatives and clients, and conduct training sessions as needed
Required Qualifications
- Membership in the Minnesota Bar
- A minimum of six years of successful experience as an attorney
- JD degree
- Appropriate special licenses to practice before boards or federal courts preferred
