Job Summary

A company is looking for a Urologist for Utilization Review as a remote independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Prior Authorizations for treatment using medical and healthcare plan guidelines
• Provide expert assessments ensuring compliance with ERISA/DOL and state regulations
• Work flexibly with no minimum hours required, completing most cases in 30-60 minutes

Required Qualifications

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in Urology
• Must have 5 years of patient care experience in Urology
• Must have an unrestricted Minnesota state medical license
• Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card
