Key Responsibilities

• Conducts virtual interviews for insurance applicants or claimants in a professional environment
• Collects accurate documentation on clients' health history and care needs using a scripted format
• Completes interviews in a timely manner and submits documentation for review to Underwriting and insurance carriers

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• Experience in a healthcare or insurance-related field
• Ability to handle technical and complex calls
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in healthcare
• Availability to attend departmental and organizational meetings as required
