Job Summary

Conducting virtual interviews for insurance applicants, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Virtual Interviewer LPN will collect health history information and document care needs while adhering to established guidelines in a professional remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual interviews with applicants or claimants, ensuring a distraction-free environment
• Collect and accurately document clients' health history and care needs using a pre-determined script
• Submit documentation to Underwriting and insurance carriers while meeting quality and production expectations

Required qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license
• Experience in health care or insurance-related fields
• Proficiency in data entry and documentation
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM CST
• Familiarity with compliance principles in a healthcare setting
