Job Summary

Conducting virtual interviews for insurance applicants, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Virtual RN Interviewer will collect and document health history and care needs while maintaining compliance and quality standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual interviews with insurance applicants or claimants in a professional setting
• Collect and accurately document client health history and care needs using a predetermined script
• Submit completed documentation to Underwriting and insurance carriers in a timely manner

Required qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license
• Experience in health care or insurance-related fields preferred
• Ability to conduct interviews and document information accurately
• Familiarity with compliance and quality standards in health care
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with varying hours
