Job Summary

Working full-time in a remote capacity, the Minnesota Licensed Virtual RN Interviewer will conduct virtual interviews to collect health history and care needs information from insurance applicants, ensuring compliance and timely data submission.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual interviews with insurance applicants or claimants in a professional environment
• Collect and accurately document clients' health history and care needs using a pre-determined script
• Submit documentation to Underwriting for review and uphold compliance principles as outlined in company policies

Required qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license
• Experience in conducting interviews or assessments in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with insurance processes, particularly in long-term care
• Ability to work a schedule of Mon-Fri 9a-6p, with one day from 10a-7p CST
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail in documentation
