Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Triage Nurse for weekend shifts from 7 am to 7 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-call relief for property nurses as a virtual triage resource
• Equip callers with clinical advice and direct actions based on care plan details
• Recognize emergent situations and instruct care staff on contacting emergency services

Required Qualifications

• RN/LPN in good standing
• Have or obtain a Minnesota nursing license
• Expert knowledge of state-specific assisted living program requirements (IA, MN, WI)
• Ability to analyze resident conditions and provide clear next steps
• Completion of a criminal background check and valid references
