Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifeline Coordinator to manage the Personal Emergency Response Services program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the PERS program, including sales, service, and order management
  • Handle intake processes, customer inquiries, and equipment troubleshooting while maintaining inventory
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery and organizational goals are met
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Post-secondary education in a technical or health-related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare or senior care preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with multiple applications
  • Experience with data entry and electronic health record systems is beneficial
