Minnesota or Texas Licensed Otolaryngologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Otolaryngologist/ENT for Utilization Review as a remote 1099 Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Prior Authorizations for treatment based on medical and healthcare plan guidelines
• Provide expert assessments while ensuring compliance with ERISA/DOL and state regulations
• Work flexibly, completing cases that typically take 30-60 minutes, with no minimum hour requirement

Required Qualifications

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in ENT/Otolaryngology
• Must have 5 years of patient care experience in ENT
• Must have an unrestricted Minnesota or Texas state medical license
• Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card
