Minnesota Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Analysts while tracking progress and providing feedback
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive test cases and ensure alignment on quality standards with other departments
• Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to project stakeholders and assist new team members in integration

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst role
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance Team Lead role
• 3+ years of experience with Automation test tools, specifically Selenium
• 3+ years of experience using BDD frameworks, specifically Cucumber, Specflow, or Reqnroll
• Experience programming with C# .NET or Java
