Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects and enhancements
• Create and maintain documentation of business requirements and functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops and provide user support for Salesforce users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator preferred
• Proficient in Agile delivery methodology
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices
