Job Summary
A company is looking for a MIP Associate Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely responses to customer service inquiries via a product ticket system
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve errors and defects through various communication channels
- Offer solutions and knowledge base articles to reduce recurring service requests and improve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree in Accounting or 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- MIP Accounting experience required
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications
- Ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
