Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree in Accounting or relevant work experience preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Experience using MIP Accounting software
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications
• Ability to learn new technologies and interpret basic application errors
