MIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MIS Analyst to support the Revenue Cycle Team in managing and analyzing operational and financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, normalize, and maintain data for KPIs related to productivity, inventory, and client performance
• Prepare forecasts and estimate month-end revenue based on current trends and historical data
• Create and maintain client report cards and design dashboards for data integration and visualization

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Health Administration, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, Statistics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a MIS or similar role
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes and AR Recovery workflows
• 5+ years of experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or Managed Care Contracting is a plus
