Investigating potential missing waste bills, the full-time Missing Bill Research Clerk will analyze payment history, contact vendors for bill copies, and ensure timely processing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitors internal email for invoices and resolves open issues by facilitating requests to appropriate departments
  • Researches missing waste bills by reviewing payment history and contacting vendors to verify billing details
  • Negotiates payment extensions and resolves discrepancies to avoid service interruptions for clients
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of previous telephone experience in customer service or collections preferred
  • General knowledge of billing processes and practices is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work in an office occasionally when requested
