Mission Critical Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mission Critical Specialist to coordinate and oversee domestic and international shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring coverage in a 24/7/365 environment
• Manage relationships with agents, carriers, and brokers for scheduling and rate procurement
• Prepare documentation and reports related to shipments, ensuring timely updates and customer commitments are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of logistics experience
• 3 years of experience in a time-critical logistics environment, preferably in air/express/courier logistics
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-stress environment
• Willingness to be flexible with scheduling and respond to customer needs outside of traditional working hours
