Mission Director - Air Force

Job Summary

Focusing on customer retention and satisfaction, the full-time remote Mission Director - Air Force will manage relationships with mission partners, drive product adoption, and ensure high engagement and advocacy among customers while addressing their needs and expanding account opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with mission heroes to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their mission outcomes
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience and promote adoption of products to meet mission objectives
• Identify expansion opportunities within current accounts and maximize contract value while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer relationship management within the defense or federal sector
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and customer satisfaction
• Strong understanding of the Air Force's operational needs and mission objectives
• Ability to analyze and report on key performance indicators related to customer health and retention
• Experience in contract negotiation and account expansion strategies
