Job Summary
Combining expertise in wireless systems and software integration, the remote Mission Engineer, Cleared will build high-fidelity system models, design production-ready adapter layers, and perform link analyses to ensure operational resilience in customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-fidelity system models within Spacetime for dynamic wireless communication networks
- Design and write production-ready adapter layers in Python or Go to connect Spacetime with customer hardware
- Act as the tier-3 escalation lead for live networks, diagnosing and resolving complex system integration issues
Required Qualifications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with an understanding of physical-layer communications
- Hands-on software development experience and ability to pass an entry-level SWE coding assessment
- Experience with wireless communication systems, including RF path loss and link budgets
- Practical experience with system/network simulation and modeling tools
- B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, typically with 3+ years in professional engineering
