Mission Manager with Secret Clearance

Job Summary

Collaborating with the DAF Tech Lead and Fleet Tech Lead, the Mission Manager with Secret Clearance will manage product delivery efforts, establish technical roadmaps for mission outcomes, and facilitate feedback between delivery and product teams in a remote, full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Product Manager for assigned Delivery Efforts
• Align Defense Unicorns' Product Roadmaps to technical roadmaps and provide feedback to drive adoption
• Foster team growth and adherence to company values while balancing priorities to deliver mission value

Required qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• Proficient in modern software development processes, including DevSecOps and Continuous Delivery
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Familiarity with federal government contracts and procurement processes
• Technical depth to understand and communicate architectural decisions effectively
