Job Summary

A company is looking for Mission Staff in the Okanogan Valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement spiritual growth plans and maintain relationships within the church community
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while modeling effective ministry practices
• Engage in direct ministry activities and manage administrative tasks to support the mission

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
• College degree preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Engagement in individualized training for personal and ministry skill development
• Familiarity with fundraising principles and community networking
