Mission Staff

Job Summary

To support the mission of evangelism and discipleship, the part-time Mission Staff will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and direct ministry activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development and maintain active participation in the Young Life community
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders to build an effective leadership team
• Engage in direct ministry activities, including planning and conducting Young Life clubs and camps

Required qualifications:

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• College degree preferred
