Mission Staff Position

Job Summary

To support ministry efforts, the part-time Mission Staff Position will engage in spiritual development, leadership training, and resource development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in spiritual development activities, including prayer and fellowship within the Young Life community
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while developing effective ministry strategies
• Raise financial support and maintain relationships with donors and community members to fuel ministry initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Proven relational skills with both youth and adults
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Active participation in a church community
• College degree preferred
