Mission Success Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mission Success Lead - DHS.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of capabilities within contracted periods of performance
• Exceed customer expectations and ensure ongoing partnerships
• Understand user mission sets and pain points to address challenges effectively

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience deploying SaaS software
• Experience with DHS, CBP, ICE, HSI, DEA, and preferably interagency or law enforcement experience
• 5+ years of mission user experience, intelligence domain knowledge, or military service
• Previous experience in customer renewal and expansion cycles
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance or previous clearance with the ability to receive an SCI nomination
