Key Responsibilities

• Collects, posts, and manages patient account payments
• Prepares and reviews patient statements and manages insurance claims
• Verifies patients' insurance coverage and assists with billing inquiries

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Official High School Transcripts, Diploma or Equivalency Certificate
• Ability to navigate between different tabs and systems on the computer
• CPB or other Medical Billing Certification desired, but not required
• CPC or Medical Coding Certification desired, but not required
