Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Mississippi CPA Tax Manager will manage and review complex tax returns, lead engagements, and drive technology-enabled tax processes while collaborating with clients and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Lead tax engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Drive utilization and optimization of CCH Axcess Tax software and champion innovative technology solutions

Required qualifications

• CPA license required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of public accounting tax experience
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong experience with CCH Axcess and its ecosystem preferred
