Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer support, the remote Mississippi Customer Service Representative will manage high-volume phone calls, respond to customer inquiries regarding existing orders, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and manage inquiries related to existing orders
  • Assist customers via phone and email, providing guidance on order placement and addressing concerns
  • Document issues in Confluence and perform related administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
  • Experience with document manipulation and transcription
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Ability to maintain performance under stress and implement process improvements
