Key Responsibilities

• Monitor task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs
• Coordinate with servers to claim and dispatch jobs using various communication tools
• Report trends in stuck jobs and notify recruiters of locations needing additional coverage

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination
• Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume tasks
• Ability to analyze information and escalate issues appropriately
• Comfortable using digital tools and internal platforms
• Reliable and consistent in following established processes
