Job Summary

To support a growing legal services team, the full-time Document Retrieval Specialist will review and file legal documents using online platforms while collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team in a remote position based in Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise and complete additional projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
