Job Summary

Working remotely, the Benefits Verification Specialist will assist patients with benefit verification, determine out-of-pocket costs, and troubleshoot issues while managing inbound and outbound calls in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Verify patient benefits and determine eligibility for free coverage while assisting with enrollment
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries and navigating website issues
• Identify and resolve barriers preventing access to requested therapies for patients and providers

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent high-level medical insurance experience
• Extensive experience in the US healthcare and reimbursement industry
• Proven problem-solving skills with the initiative to learn necessary processes
• Comfortable assisting Medicare patients with website navigation
• Demonstrated patience and empathy in customer interactions
