A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four teams calling on behalf of clients
• Make 16-24 completed calls per hour to communicate with donors and secure financial gifts
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while using predictive dialing equipment

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet workspace free from household interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes
