Mississippi Licensed Call Center Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a Mississippi Licensed Call Center Agent, the fully remote position will engage in outbound calls for various non-profit clients, securing financial gifts while maintaining productivity metrics and utilizing predictive dialing equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls for multiple clients, following approved scripts to engage donors and prospective donors
• Achieve minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while making 16-24 completed calls per hour
• Participate in comprehensive training and collaborate with assigned MDS teams to support client initiatives

Required qualifications

• One year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record with stability
• Access to a dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
• Commitment to charitable and non-profit causes
• Persistence and enthusiasm in achieving fundraising goals
