Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with state contracts and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of state deliverables and maintain tracking records
• Lead special projects related to compliance and provide necessary reports for HMO license maintenance
• Develop and deliver annual compliance training and monitor HIPAA privacy regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in compliance and/or managed care government programs
• Advanced knowledge in insurance, public health policy, compliance, or government affairs
