Job Summary

Dedicated and customer-focused, the part-time Mississippi Licensed Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent patient support, verify patient information, and manage inbound and outbound calls regarding prescription benefits in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
• Verify patient information and assist with inquiries related to prescription benefits
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information while adhering to federal guidelines

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
• At least 1 year of recent experience with medical insurance
• Solid understanding of insurance plans and benefit structures
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must reside in Mississippi to qualify
