Job Summary
As a full-time Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, the candidate will handle inbound calls to support customers with Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Umbrella insurance policies, focusing on delivering accurate and empathetic service while assisting with coverage understanding and policy questions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls regarding insurance inquiries and policy support
- Provide needs-based coverage recommendations tailored to individual customer situations
- Complete licensing requirements and transition to full policy servicing after training
Required qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- One year of customer service or related experience preferred
