Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Coordinator - Remote Mortgage Operations Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers through the documentation process with clear communication and high-level service
• Review and analyze credit, income, and asset documentation for compliance with guidelines
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third-party vendors to ensure efficient loan processing

Required Qualifications

• At least 1-year experience in a mortgage operations role
• Experience managing a borrower-facing pipeline and communicating with customers daily
• Preferably familiar with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, USDA)
• Detail-oriented with a preference for structured, task-driven workflows
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a remote work environment
