Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal health care program guidelines while multitasking across internal systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and wired modem access
• Healthcare experience and knowledge of medical terminology are a plus
• Must reside in Mississippi to be considered
