Job Summary

A company is looking for an Orthopedic Surgery Specialist for a remote Utilization Review opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review medical records and treatment plans for medical necessity
• Apply state-specific workers' compensation guidelines and national evidence-based criteria
• Deliver clear, concise, and well-supported determinations within assigned timeframes

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery (Spine experience preferred)
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Mississippi
• Experience with Workers' Compensation cases is a plus
• Must be actively practicing in a clinical setting
