Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and message-based care
• Manage a variety of patient needs virtually, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership, attending continuous learning and supervising NP or PA colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care setting
• Board certified in Family Medicine
• Minimum of 25 state licenses, with willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses
• Medicare credentialed or eligible
