Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Review Appraiser - CRETS.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough desk reviews of residential and non-complex commercial appraisals for compliance with guidelines
• Analyze and interpret appraisal results, ensuring they address various factors affecting property values
• Maintain consistency with appraisal standards and explain policies to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years as a licensed or trainee appraiser
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed
• Appraisal Certification, License, or Assistance License preferred
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
