Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support and enhance its IT Service Management module.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow ITSM module to ensure performance and reliability
• Implement best practices in ServiceNow administration and development
• Prepare the platform for future expansion and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Experience in a public sector or Medicaid environment
• Strong understanding of the ITSM module and related functionalities
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
