Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Counsel with a focus on labor and employment law.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on labor and employment law matters
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation
• Manage and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of labor and employment law experience
• Licensed to practice law in Mississippi; additional licenses in Tennessee, Louisiana, or Arkansas are a plus
• Excellent academic credentials
• Experience in managing legal cases and client relationships
• Ability to work remotely or from the Memphis office
