Key Responsibilities

• Manage attorneys and employees of the Mississippi Division, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
• Oversee the development and management of the department's annual P&L
• Direct a team providing legal and operational oversight for judicial foreclosure processes

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Mississippi
• Management experience
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in foreclosure, title, bankruptcy, evictions, and/or REO
• Postgraduate degree (Doctoral)
