Key Responsibilities

• Manage attorneys and employees of the Alabama Division, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
• Oversee the development, forecasting, and management of the department's annual P&L
• Direct legal and operational oversight for judicial foreclosure processes in Alabama

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice in Mississippi
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in foreclosure, title, bankruptcy, evictions, and/or REO
• Postgraduate degree required
• Experience managing legal teams and operations
