Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapist or Counselor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live video therapy sessions and provide messaging and asynchronous care
• Manage intake and discharge processes for clients
• Set flexible hours and manage a personal caseload without the need for marketing or outreach

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP)
• CAQH# for independent practice capability
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
• Experience in therapy-focused roles with no claims or billing responsibilities
• Willingness to provide therapy for personal mental health as part of employment benefits
